I am considering a gluten free diet for a number of reasons:
1. To lose weight
2. Because I think I may have an allergy to it
3. To stop bad wind after eating.

I have tried to reduce gluten in my diet as I find it makes me bloated and gassy and now i am considering giving it up all together I was wondering if people have experienced weight loss from going gluten free.

I have heard different arguments from people about going gluten free… some are “purists” I guess you could say while others simply replace gluten flour with other flours such as rice, corn, tapioca etc.

Is there a better way to do this?
