Corn and Bacon Muffins

These little babies make a great snack or breakfast if you are on the go.
Ingredients
- savoury muffin mix
- butter
- onion relish
Instructions
- I generally use a savoury muffin mix with mine - as getting the right amount of gluten free gluten can some times be hard to master... and there is nothing worse then a dry muffin.
- They are best eaten fresh or heated in the microwave with a little butter or onion relish (gluten free products seem to dry out easily so I always heat or toast).
