  1. savoury muffin mix
  2. butter
  3. onion relish
Instructions
  1. I generally use a savoury muffin mix with mine - as getting the right amount of gluten free gluten can some times be hard to master... and there is nothing worse then a dry muffin.
  2. They are best eaten fresh or heated in the microwave with a little butter or onion relish (gluten free products seem to dry out easily so I always heat or toast).
