GF Snack of the Day: Peanut Butter Apples




Cut an apple in half and remove the core. Stuff the gap where the core was with peanut butter and cinnamon and eat.

If you want to eat this on the go, press the apple back together and wrap in gladwrap... I prefer to eat mine straight away.

Be sure to buy the gluten free peanut butter - I prefer Crunchy
