This is easy to make and a great gluten free snack.
I like to use my left over Indian food containers to store my scroggin mix in so I can keep it on hand at work or in a lunch box
Equal Parts of
peanut, cashew, raisin, dried apricot, crasins and dark chocolate drops.
Mix them together and place in an airtight container.
You can also add things like sunflower seeds or your favourite dried fruits.
