Dinner is in the oven so I thought I would take the time to post the recipe on gluten free aussie.
Serves 4
Tonight I am making a dish with gluten free cheese chorizo, cauliflower from my own vegetable garden, homemade wedges with south African seasoning and a cheese sauce to go on the brocolli.
Pre heat the oven to 220 degrees fan bake.
First cut 8 Potatoes into halves then into 8ths to
make wedges, coat with oil and sprinkle to braai seasoning (South African bbq flavour) in international foods section at your supermarket.
Cook these for 45mins to 1 hour... cook the last 10 minutes with the door open for a crisper chip.
In a fry pan cook 8 chorizo according the the instructions on the packet.
Cut the cauliflower into segments and steam in the microwave for 5-10 minutes until cooked.
Take a packet of maggi cheese sauce mix and make according to the instructions on the pack.
Serve on a plate and season with salt and pepper...
Also goes great with broccoli.
