We have just had an allergy test done at the naturopath, and my 6 yr old son has been diagnosed with a sensitivity to gluten products and dairy products.
finding this all a little daunting, but will wade thru it all.
we are hoping that a new diet, will help his behaviour, he is easily irritated, and can lose his temper quickly, and fidgets a fair bit.
so i will be checking out the gluten free dept in supermarkets.
