5 Potatoes
1 Cup Peas
6 Gluten Free Tomato and Basil Sausages
1 Onion
1 Teaspoon of Beef Stock
Salt and Pepper
1 Cup of Water (water you cooked the peas in)
1 tablespoon of corn flour
Boil the potatoes and mash
Pre boil the sausages then grill in the oven.
Boil the peas.
In a pan saute onions in a nob of butter, combine with stock powder, and corn flour. Slowly add the water mixing as you go making sure the mixture thickens up as you add a dash of water... until it reaches the consistency of gravy.
Take a tea cup and fill with mash then turn out onto a plate. Place the sausages in a stack on top, form a mote with the peas... and top with the onion gravy mix.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
YUM!
