Gluten Free Chicken Gravy

1/2 Teaspoon of chicken stock (powdered)
1 Tablespoon corn flour
1 cup vegetable water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Oil

Place the oil, chicken stock powder and corn flour into a pan and stir in to a paste. Slowly add the water(I like to cook my vegies in a pan and use the left over vegetable water to give it flavor) stirring with a whisk as you go so the mixture thickens each time you add water. Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. You could replace some of the water with a splace of white wine, of add some sauteed onions to make a chicken and onion gravy.
