Gluten Free Date and Walnut Slice with Lemon Icing

Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup chopped Dates
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup coconut
- ¼ cup LSA
- ¼ cup phsyllium husks
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 cup gluten free self raising flour
- 125grams butter
- 1 egg
Notes
- Mix dry ingredients together. Add melted butter and egg. Press into slice tin. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Icing
- 1 cup pure icing sugar
- Sufficient lemon juice to make icing.
- Mix and spread on top of cold slice.
