Ingredients
  1. ½ cup chopped walnuts
  2. ½ cup chopped Dates
  3. ½ cup sugar
  4. ½ cup coconut
  5. ¼ cup LSA
  6. ¼ cup phsyllium husks
  7. 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  8. 1 cup gluten free self raising flour
  9. 125grams butter
  10. 1 egg
Notes
  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add melted butter and egg. Press into slice tin. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Icing
  3. 1 cup pure icing sugar
  4. Sufficient lemon juice to make icing.
  5. Mix and spread on top of cold slice.
