I attended the annual gluten free expo at Sydney olympic park. What a great day lots of free food samples for children and adults alike. People to talk to that know what your going through. And the opportunity to buy items and great reduced prices.
A big thank you to the organisers and the stall holders.
It was definitely worth the 1 1/2 hour trip from my home.
We will be back next year.
