Gluten Free Frozen Dinners?

I am a shiftworker and eating at work can be challenging, has anyone come across any gluten free frozen dinners? I am struggling a bit with meals at work.

 Gluten Free frozen meals

I recently found some gluten free frozen meals in my local IGA, unfortunately they do not stock them anymore. I tried to buy them direct but they said I had to buy through a store. I am willing to travel a few hours to stock up on them cause I love them. They are called Gourmet Meals. they are made in the Gold Coast. They are delicious and not watery like some frozen meals. Very handy for a quick gluten free meal. There is a list of stockists on their website but they are only available in QLD and NSW.

 Did you find any GF Frozen dinners?

I do pretty well making my own food, but it would be great to have Frozen meals in the freezer for those day when you get in late from work or just don't have the time. I've not found anything yet?

There are some great frozen chicken and fish fillets in woolies. All you have to do is look. It all very simple. Im only 16 and my mum does the shopping and shes always going gkuten free with me, he does get some glutenny foods but I just dont eat it. So just look in the frozen foods section for chicken and fish fillets. Theyre both crumbed I think. A good side is cooked onion, garlic and onion chopped. And then pop it all into the microwve (1 onion, 1 tomato and a tablespoon garlic all combined together) And just have it with that. its delicious.And it only takes 5 minutes.

I make my own gluten free pasta meals and freeze them - not exactly the healthy option but handy to have them on hand to grab!
