What you need to make my Gluten Free Italian Meatballs Recipe
800gm Minces Beef (I used premium)
1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
1 Onion Finely diced.
2 Tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Ginger
1 Zuchinni Grated
Salt and Pepper To Season
2 Teaspoons Oil
Preheat the oven to 150 Degrees.
Add Oil to frying pan and saute the onion and garlic until golden.
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well with clean hands.
Take teaspoon sized portions of mixture and shape into meatballs using the palms of your hands (alter the size as desired).
Reheat the pan and seal the meat balls then place on a baking tray.
Place the meatballs in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
Serve With My Gluten Free Pasta Sauce Recipe with Red Wine and Basil .
