Ingredients

Serves 3 large servings

  • 3 lamb chops
  • Boiling Potatoes
  • Frozen Beans
  • Frozen Peas
  • Butter
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Table spoons Whole Grain Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 large Onion


  • Lets Make This Gluten Free Lamb Chop Recipe

    But potatoes in quarters and boil in a pot until cooked.

    In a separate Pot boil the beans and peas as per cooking instructions on the pack.

    Pan fry the lamb chops in a little oil or cook on the bbq.

    Slice 2 Onions thinly and saute in a little butter until soft and brown. Add 2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard and 3 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally, season with salt and pepper to your taste.

    Serve on a plate with a little butter and plenty of salt and pepper.
