pastry

Hi All,

Ive been gluten free for about a two months now, feeling much better i might add!! Ive been doing really well with it and I dont feel like im missing out by cutting out gluten. I really enjoy the GF bread and pasta! 

What I am getting a little frustrated with is the taste of the floury things like pastry and dumplings etc. They dont have a nice consistency and taste too buttery or too floury – just not nice. I really enjoy cooking, but I just cant get it right!! 

So my question is – has anyone mastered the GF pastry/floury food recipes?? Id really appreciate a helping hand.
