Ingredients
  1. 1 Big Tin Tuna
  2. 1 Cup Cooked White Rice
  3. 1 Carrot (grated)
  4. 1/2 Capsicum (grated)
  5. 1 Zucchini (grated)
  6. 1 Egg
  7. Salt and Pepper to season.
  8. 1/2 Onion (diced)
  9. 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic (diced)
Instructions
  1. In a pan saute the garlic and onions.
  2. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Take large spoonfuls and shape into patties.
  4. Heat a non stick frying pan to a medium heat and cook the patties for 3 minutes on either side with the lid on (or until cooked).
  5. Serve with home made potato wedges and salad with a little balsamic.
