Gluten Free Snack Of The Day: Apricot and Coconut Bites

I had to play to get the quantities right on this - depends on your tastes so I will let you decide.

Combine:
diced dried apricot
shredded coconut
and finely diced dates
Mix in a bowl then bind condensed milk. (adding a little at a time - add more coconut if the mixture gets to wet.

Roll into balls and coat with more coconut and allow to set. Store in an air tight container... YUMBO!
