This is a yummy little snack if you are at home and near an oven.
Take portobello mushrooms (large flat mushrooms) and wash them and placed on an oven tray
Place a spoon full of babaganoush on each mushroom and bake on 150 degrees for 30 minutes.
I used medium sized mushrooms - cook time may vary for larger mushrooms.
serve warm... also great on a snack platter if you have friends around or are having a bbq
