1 Tin condensed Milk
1 Bag of dessicated Coconut
Dark, Milk or White Chocolate.
I was craving a bounty bar the other day and found out they contain gluten so I wanted to experiment with a delicious coconut chocolatey snack.
This took a bit of experimentation but the end result was fantastic.
In a bowl combine the condensed milk with the coconut and stir until they make a sticky thick mixture.
Melt the chocolate.
Take a spoonful of coconut mixture and roll into balls.
Dip the coconut balls in chocolate and place on a foil lined tray.
Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge.
Keep in an air tight container.
Each as a yummy coconut snack!
