Todays Gluten Free Snack Of The Day is Gluten Free Toast With Banana & Honey.
In general I find gluten free toast always tastes better when toasted from frozen.
From there I top it with a small amount of honey and 1/2 a banana which I press and spread across the bread.
This is an old favorite... but the first time I have thought of converting it to gluten free :)
