So this recipe was created out of hunger and lack of food.
You need last nights left over gluten free sausages
You favorite gluten free sauce.
Ice Berg Lettuce Leaves.
Cheese.
Warm the sausages in the microwave, wrap in a lettuce leaf, add the sauce and cheese and eat.
This way you do not have to worry about finding gluten free bread and the lettuce leaf seems to wrap nicely around the sausage.
Be sure to let the sausage cool a little before you put it in the lettuce leaf so you do not wilt it.
