Piklets are a great afternoon snack and are easy to whip up with only a few ingredients.
Try making them with:
Gluten Free Baking Mix
Water or Rice Milk or Coconut Milk
a little salt
And i like to add some coconut to increase the fibre.
Serve with Fresh Raspberry Jam and a little butter... a DELICIOUS treat the whole family will love.
Eat them fresh - or make them that morning and send them to school in the kids lunch boxes
