Gluten Free Snack Of The Day: Rice Cakes With Ham and Hummace

I was looking for a light snack to have in the afternoon that would not weigh me down at the gym tonight, and would tide me over until dinner time when I get home from the gym.

What you need
Rice Cakes (gluten free in your favourite flavour)
3 slices of gluten free shaved ham
1 Smear of your favourite gluten free hummace
A few sesame seeds.

This is easy to make - I brought myself a special Tupperware container for my rice cakes so they do not go stale before I can finish the pack.

There a nice light alternative to gluten free bread - and cheaper then bread... yum!
