Gluten Free Snack of The Day: Roast Cashews

Roast Cashews... there is something delicious about them!

Be it in a salad.
Stir fry.
or a hand full just to tide you over between meals.

I like to buy mine in bulk and roast them in my favorite seasoning.

If you are buying roasted nuts be sure to choose ones that do not have gluten baked into the coating (I have found honey or spicy coated cashews and peanuts usually contain gluten) some salted ones seem to be okay - so always read the pack.
