Gluten Free Snack Of The Day: Salmon Mousse and Celery Sticks.

This is easy to make where ever you are and there are heaps of variations... my sister gave me this idea.


1 small tin of smoked salmon
a few teaspoons of sour cream.
Celery Sticks.


Place in a small bowl and dip your celery sticks in for a creamy crunchy snack (or any vegetable of choice).

Protein and vegies - Delicious.
