I am on a bit of a detox at the moment... When it comes to snacking I tend to over kill one particular snack for a week or two... then move onto something else.
This week My steamer is in fine form - The vegetable of choice is of course the humble cauliflower (which I have some planted in my vegetable garden)
When it comes to steaming vege I always instinctively cook to much - So I apply the role of taking out half of what I put into the steamer, That way there is enough for one.. not a whole flat.
