Gluten Free Snack of the Day: Tuna and Nandoes Sauce

I came back from the gym the other day and decided I needed a hit of protein to tide me over until my next meal.

I ripped oven a small tin of tuna in spring water and placed in into a bowl with a spoon full of nandoes hot sauce.

The good news is - it is just as delicious on tuna as it is on chicken.

Great little snack!

I enjoy having this as an afternoon snack as it means I do not carbo load on rice and potatoes at dinner time.
