Gluten Free Snack Of The Day: Wedges With Sour Cream and Chilli Sauce.

I went out to a cafe the other day for a coffee and we decided to get a snack while we were there.

This got me thinking that this would be easy to make and delicious if you had people around on a cool night for a drink and a nibble.

But it is really great for any age.

You Need.
Big Potatoes
Sour Cream
Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Oil
Salt & Pepper To Season.

Cut the potato into wedges and coat in oil.

Bake in the oven for 45mins to an 1 hour. (cooking time varied depending on the size of your potatoes).

Take out of the oven and serve in a large bowl with sour cream and chilli dripping sauces.

Best to serve it with plenty of serviettes.
