All you need for this one is:
A sandwich press.
Gluten Free Wraps
Pesto.
Parmesan.
Spread a wrap with pesto and sprinkle with Parmesan and roll up into a wrap then spray lightly with oil
Cook on a medium heat until the wrap turns golden and the cheese and pesto melt.
Slice into slices - this is great on a gluten free platter also.
It you want some protein you can fill it with a little cooked chicken, chorizo or smoked salmon... YUM.
