It was slim pickings in the trans-tasmin terminal while waiting for my flight to New Zealand once I was through customers...

My first choice - Nachos which they were out of.

After a wander around the terminal I managed to find a cookie and chocolate... and that was it so I was starving.

If you are lucky enough to be able to get into the Air New Zealand lounge at Sydney airport, they are brilliant with their labelling and gluten free options. All the dishes have detailed allergy info, and they always have gluten free sandwiches and cake available in the chiller cabinet.
