Gluten Intolerance Blood Test

(Orange)

I am wondering if there is a test for gluten intolerance. I know that there is one for Celiac... but how do people identify gluten intolerance.

I have had a IGA and IGG test which shows low levels of irritation, but when I am on a gluten free diet I feel much healthier and better?

Could it be I am not allergic? May I be allergic to something else?

Is there some other sort of blood test I could take that would give me conclusive results?

Hi there
Appox. 2 months ago I took myself off gluten, as an experiment to see i felt any better for it.
Two weeks ago I went to the doctor to discuss it and i was given a blood test for cealiac which came back negative.
I was told that because i have been feeling sooooo much better for eliminating gluten from my diet that I probably am what the doctor called wheat intolerant.
I don't need a professional diagnosis because i know i have almost eliminated all of the horrible symptoms i have been living with for years.
If you try a gluten free diet for a couple of weeks, you may feel worse before you feel better, as i had physical withdrawal which was awful. However, instantly my bloating, stomach cramps, diarrhoea and nausea improved.
Try it for yourself!
