GLUTEN INTOLERANT AND ALSO LACTOSE INTOLERANT !!!!!!!!

I used to struggle find suitable foods for myself and also foods that my family will enjoy.

It was frustrating to have to read labels carefully and accept that the difficulties were
part of being on a restricted diet.

All this was until I discovered the Orgran brand of foods. I don't want this to sound like an advert as (I don't get paid for it bugger!!!) but since discovering Orgran things haven't been better.

They have natural foods that are all gluten free/ lactose free. I now buy for the family
and not just myself. You just wouldn't know they are gluten free.

Praise to Orgran.....Let's be thankful IT'S AUSTRALIAN!!!!!! YEAH........
