Being gluten free
in Australia is Easy when you know how. After many years of
practice I have decided to put together this website to help other
gluten free Australians deal with the every day issues of being gluten
free.
I moved to Melbourne at the tender age of 21
and
struggled with food allergies for many years before being diagnosed
with gluten intolerance. It was my Father who diagnosed me after
completing an ACNME post graduate course on nutritional medicine.
Having been gluten free for over 3 Years I
meeting
gluten free people where ever I go, and they all ask me questions:
"what do you eat"
"where do you go out for
dinner?"
"Do you have any other
food allergies?"
"What Ingredients can you
not have?"
.... and so the list goes on.
It is for this reason I have decided to put together Gluten Free Aussie
- An Interactive Resource for Australians to Ask Questions, Post
Reviews, Tell Their Gluten Free Stories and Get Information on Living a
Gluten Free life.
