Is Southern Comfort Gluten Free?

just got diagnosed and i am trying to figure out if yeast is a no go and as i will be drowning my sorrows over this with the yea old faithful southern comfort this weekend was wondering if it will do anything besides kill the liver

The only thing you cant drink is regular beer. Spirits are so highly processed that all of the gluten is eliminated from the end product.

As far as I know, the processes that spirits go though during manufacture leave them gluten free, including most whiskeys.
