One of the pharmacists at my local pharmacy has just opened a cupcake bakery (in the same shop!). She is baking for both the health conscious as well as the not-so-conscious.
I just had one of her gluten-free orange and almond cupcakes. It was amazingly moist. She told me that she will have at least one gluten-free choice each day and it will be different each day.
