Paleo Bacon Egg Pies

Looking for a delicious treat to add to a lunch box, make a cracker brunch or prepare for breakfast for the week to save you time in the mornings. These bacon and egg pies are crammed full of protein and taste amazing.

Ingredients
- 6 Rashers of Bacon
- 6 Eggs
- Garlic & Herb Salt
- Pepper
- Non Stick Muffin Pan
Instructions
- Cut the last 4 cm off the rasher of bacon
- Take a longer piece of bacon around the side of the muffin tin.
- Place the remaining 4 cm piece in the bottom. Repeat for the other 5 slices
- Crack and egg into each Bacon cup
- Season with herb and garlic salt
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees bake.
- Cook for 15 – 20 minutes until the egg white goes firm.
- Leave to cool.
Notes
- They taste great hot or cold.
