Paleo Bacon Egg Pies

Looking for a delicious treat to add to a lunch box, make a cracker brunch or prepare for breakfast for the week to save you time in the mornings. These bacon and egg pies are crammed full of protein and taste amazing.

Ingredients
  1. 6 Rashers of Bacon
  2. 6 Eggs
  3. Garlic & Herb Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Non Stick Muffin Pan
Instructions
  1. Cut the last 4 cm off the rasher of bacon
  2. Take a longer piece of bacon around the side of the muffin tin.
  3. Place the remaining 4 cm piece in the bottom. Repeat for the other 5 slices
  4. Crack and egg into each Bacon cup
  5. Season with herb and garlic salt
  6. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees bake.
  7. Cook for 15 – 20 minutes until the egg white goes firm.
  8. Leave to cool.
Notes
  1. They taste great hot or cold.
