Ingredients
  1. A sandwich press.
  2. Gluten Free Wraps
  3. Pesto.
  4. Parmesan.
Instructions
  1. Spread a wrap with pesto and sprinkle with Parmesan and roll up into a wrap then spray lightly with oil
  2. Cook on a medium heat until the wrap turns golden and the cheese and pesto melt.
  3. Slice into slices - this is great on a gluten free platter also.
  4. It you want some protein you can fill it with a little cooked chicken, chorizo or smoked salmon... YUM.
