Ingredients
- 1 large pkt nuts & fruit & seeds 750 gr
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup LSA
- ½ to ¾ cup rice syrup or corn glucose
Instructions
- Heat dry ingredients and add warmed tahini and glucose.
- roll into balls. Refrigerate for half an hour. Store in airtight container. These are low GI and yummy.
- If you want a real treat, add some choc chips....
