Ingredients
  1. 1 large pkt nuts & fruit & seeds 750 gr
  2. ½ cup tahini
  3. ½ cup LSA
  4. ½ to ¾ cup rice syrup or corn glucose
Instructions
  1. Heat dry ingredients and add warmed tahini and glucose.
  2. roll into balls. Refrigerate for half an hour. Store in airtight container. These are low GI and yummy.
  3. If you want a real treat, add some choc chips....
