cornchipsIt’s very simple. And I love it. I used to snack on corn chips and store bought dips when I needed something quick for a snack. Now I buy small curd cottage cheese and keep in the fridge for a snack standby.

I add salt and pepper to taste and stir… grab some gluten free corn chips and a small bowl of this cottage cheese and dip and munch away.

I also keep a zip lock bag of cut up bell peppers, baby carrots, and green onions in the fridge. I grab some and use the cottage cheese for a veggie dip, or sour cream and salt and pepper, or garlic hummus.

Corn chips and cut up veggies are very good snacks with these dips.
