Hi I live in south australia and I like where I live, and the stores where I get my wheat gluten and dairy free foods have been difficult at times, I have had to work out what I can eat
i do have hard days at times, but I have a good sense of humour, and a very cool younger brother, who helps me when needed.
My conditions are irritable bowel,diviticular disease,and osteoporosis, sound nasty does it, it can be,but I have learnt to live with it, and keep my sense of humour,i make my own bread and cake, also found a company that sells the stuff I need
that my brother cant get the company delivers all over australia, very cool, company name is australia groceries, I use this company for some of my glutin wheat and dairy free products. bucina cucina I get mine from healthy life stores, very cool, there is five types now, all are excellent, taste great and cook well, to, does any body have a better way of controlling irritable bowel i use gastro stop it does work but is there
anything better, out there,i have seen products being advertised but there always capsules, I cant take large capsules, gastro stop are small capsules, i have been looking online for stuff that is better so far cant find anything suitable,for my problems.
