We were travelling from Brisbane to Rocky , and had to stay in Gympie {car trouble} for a couple of days .
After much asking of the locals found that the Royal Hotel did Gluten Free Meals in Mary Street main street , but better still, also found out about a small family owned company that only started trading this year, doing Gluten Free snacks that are oohh so yummy.
They do things like:
Lamingtons
Brownies
Mud Cake Slices
Caramel coated Cashew Slices
Single and Double Layer Cakes
Fruit Cakes and Much More…
as well as some Lactose free snacks and the best part is they bake to order with No Artificial – Colours – Flavours or Preservatives – Fillers etc — Real Food ????
We are back in brissvegas now, and still stuffing our faces , because they deliver anywhere in the mighty OZ as long as a courier can get to you !!!
