I am gluten free and dairy intolerant… while I will admit sometimes I will have a piece of chocolate or butter in cooking… things like cream, milk and cheese seem to really set me off. 

It is for this reason I like to use rice or soy milk in my coffee… especially when I am out. 

Recently I discovered that some brands of soy milk have barley in them – So I was hoping someone might point me in the direction of a good gluten free soy milk?
