Wedges With Sour Cream and Chilli Sauce
went out to a cafe the other day for a coffee and we decided to get a snack while we were there. This got me thinking that this would be easy to make and delicious if you had people around on a cool night for a drink and a nibble. But it is really great for any age.

Ingredients
  1. Big Potatoes
  2. Sour Cream
  3. Sweet Chilli Sauce.
  4. Oil
  5. Salt & Pepper To Season
Instructions
  1. Cut the potato into wedges and coat in oil.
  2. Bake in the oven for 45mins to an 1 hour. (cooking time varied depending on the size of your potatoes).
  3. Take out of the oven and serve in a large bowl with sour cream and chilli dripping sauces.
  4. Best to serve it with plenty of serviettes.
