Coconut Delights

Ingredients
- 1 Tin condensed Milk
- 1 Bag of dessicated Coconut
- Dark, Milk or White Chocolate
Instructions
- I was craving a bounty bar the other day and found out they contain gluten so I wanted to experiment with a delicious coconut chocolatey snack.
- This took a bit of experimentation but the end result was fantastic.
- In a bowl combine the condensed milk with the coconut and stir until they make a sticky thick mixture.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Take a spoonful of coconut mixture and roll into balls.
- Dip the coconut balls in chocolate and place on a foil lined tray.
- Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge.
- Keep in an air tight container.
- Each as a yummy coconut snack!
