Ingredients
  1. 1 Tin condensed Milk
  2. 1 Bag of dessicated Coconut
  3. Dark, Milk or White Chocolate
Instructions
  1. I was craving a bounty bar the other day and found out they contain gluten so I wanted to experiment with a delicious coconut chocolatey snack.
  2. This took a bit of experimentation but the end result was fantastic.
  3. In a bowl combine the condensed milk with the coconut and stir until they make a sticky thick mixture.
  4. Melt the chocolate.
  5. Take a spoonful of coconut mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Dip the coconut balls in chocolate and place on a foil lined tray.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge.
  8. Keep in an air tight container.
  9. Each as a yummy coconut snack!
