I had to play to get the quantities right on this - depends on your tastes so I will let you decide.
Ingredients
- diced dried apricot
- shredded coconut
- and finely diced dates
- Mix in a bowl then bind condensed milk. (adding a little at a time - add more coconut if the mixture gets to wet.
Instructions
- Combine
- Roll into balls and coat with more coconut and allow to set. Store in an air tight container... YUMBO!
