Gluten Free Snack Of The Day Avocado cheese melt

Ingredients
- 2 slices of GF bread
- 1/2 an Avocado
- A couple of slices of cheese
- Some thinly sliced Red onion (optional)
- Some cooked Chicken or Turkey.
Instructions
- Mash the Avocado and spread on the bread.
- top with Onion, Cheese and Chicken.
- Place under a grill until cheese is melted.
