Ingredients
  1. 2 slices of GF bread
  2. 1/2 an Avocado
  3. A couple of slices of cheese
  4. Some thinly sliced Red onion (optional)
  5. Some cooked Chicken or Turkey.
Instructions
  1. Mash the Avocado and spread on the bread.
  2. top with Onion, Cheese and Chicken.
  3. Place under a grill until cheese is melted.
