  2. Water or Rice Milk or Coconut Milk
  3. a little salt
  4. And i like to add some coconut to increase the fibre
Instructions
  1. Serve with Fresh Raspberry Jam and a little butter... a DELICIOUS treat the whole family will love.
  2. Eat them fresh - or make them that morning and send them to school in the kids lunch boxes
