One of the biggest problems about being gluten free is how much it costs to buy the gluten free version of normal food. What I mean by that is that wraps and burrito making ingredients seem to contain wheat… or cost an extra few dollars!

So I have come up with this fantastic recipe.

1 Can Tuna
1 Can Salsa Chilli Beans
1 Ice Berg Lettuce.
Grated Carrot
Cheese.

Heat the tuna chilli bean mix until warm (also fine cold) Spoon 2 tablet spoons of the tuna mix with carrot and cheese into a large iceberg lettuce leaf and roll up.

Easy to hold onto and eat.

Tasty fresh summer snack.
