I had a big day at the gym today and after a load of water and a shower I felt like I needed a little snack.
My nutritionist informs me I need to keep my protein levels up – So tuna is a great way of doing this while retaining omega 3’s.
So I had a mini tin of Ssun-driedtomato and Olive Tuna with a handful of rice crackers.
This was a satisfying little snack to tide me over until meal times. The good thing is having protein means I will not spike my insulin levels and get hungry soon after eating.
So be sure to keep tinned tuna on hand at work, in your purse or lunch box, as a hunger curbing snack.
