Q. Hi I was wondering if tomato sauce is gluten free? Are there certain brands of sauce I should stick to? Or should I steer away from it at a rule.

What about when people are out and about and things come with tomato sauce? E.g. eggs and hash browns for breakfast or chips at a pub?

This eating gluten free thing is new to me! I have tried to look at the back of the packet but how do I know if the vinegar in the sauce contains gluten or not?

Also I noticed at some BBQ sauces contain caramel? Would their be gluten in that?
