  1. Refried Beans
  2. Tin of Salsa.
  3. Rice Crackers or Corn Chips
Instructions
  1. I like to whip a bowl and mix the beans/salsa mix then put into 4 separate Tupperware for the week. I take them to work/school or reheat them at home and have an instant Mexican dip - It is also great with avocado & fresh Coriander on top for a little green.
